Member Service Contact Center Representative I
Part-Time (20-29 hours per week)
JOB SUMMARY
:
Responsible for performing a broad variety of member services for members over the telephone. They include but are not limited to opening and closing accounts, taking and processing consumer loan requests, system account maintenance, establishing and servicing various deposit accounts, and assisting members with account problems. Answers member questions regarding the credit union products and services. Based on a needs assessment, cross sells products and services to new and existing members. May also perform the duties of a teller and receptionist as needed. This position requires sales skills, excellent public relations skills, and a good understanding of credit union products and services. Efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism are vital for this position. This is an entry level position for Member Services.
