Pay Range: $35,900 - 43,100
Responsible for accurately performing computer related processes and providing excellent service to all members. Accurately performs functions and produces required reports and records. Assures that all required processes on core system are successfully completed. Installs computers and peripheral equipment and ensures that computer functions and peripheral equipment run smoothly. Maintains activity logs, completes core data backups, and performs minor preventive maintenance on equipment. Assures that all member-transaction based systems are functional on a daily basis by verifying such. Notifies supervisor/manager of significant problems and recurring errors in operating programs. Assists credit union personnel as required by responding to email and help desk calls in a timely and professional manner .
