401(K) Retirement Plan w/ a Company Match
Credit Union of Colorado has established a 401(k) plan for full-time and part-time employees after reaching age 18. Participation begins the first of the month following hire date. The Credit Union automatically contributes 5% of your total compensation into the plan. Additionally, you may elect to contribute up to 50% of your income into this plan. Your contribution will be matched at 50% of your contribution up to a maximum 5% investment. The plan offers a wide range of investment options through Great West Life. 100% vesting in employer contributions after five years of service.

Paid Vacation & Sick Leave
Time away from work to recover, rest, relax, and pursue personal interests is important. Paid vacation days are provided to eligible employees based on length of service. A full-time employee may earn up to 8 hours per month (part-time employees receive hours based on current employment status.) Vacation hours increase every five years of continuous employment. Full-time employees earn paid sick leave at 8 hours per month; with part-time employees receiving sick hours based on employment status.
